I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been getting any updates. The order process is frustrating enough as it is.
If you haven't already done so, your next step should be to
contact the Lincoln Concierge (1-800-521-4140). The Concierge is a free service and will give you periodic updates via SMS text message (or email if you prefer). Most of the time, the update will be to tell you that there is no update... but they will provide feedback that lets you know you have not been forgotten.
Each message I receive from the Concierge always tells me when I will get my next update. In my case, I reliably hear something every two weeks.
