Picked Up Our 2023 Aviator Jet Package

We had been shopping around for the past 3 weeks and testing out the Hyundai Palisade, Genesis GV80, GV70, and Range Rover Discovery. We also tested the Aviator and really like the overall sleek design, the ride, and the features. The one thing that I can say it lacks from all is that it still has Sync 3. There must be a reason that Lincoln hasn't updated it to at least Sync 4. Other than this, we love our new Aviator! We went out on Labor Day to buy it. They had to fix some things and we picked it up on Wednesday night. We took it to get the ceramic window tinting done, including the sunroof.

You will be very happy with your 23' Aviator with the Jet Package. Ours had all the packages, we weren't looking to have all the packages included but did want the Jet Package, Illumination Package, and Luxury Package. But we are good with the other packages included. They are going to take care of those items for us so yes, these easy fixes in my opinion and nothing that I wouldn't get the Aviator.

Our new baby is the Reserve I with Group 201A, tow package, Lincoln RR Entertainment, Luxury package, Dynamic handling package, Illumination package, and Jet package. We actually weren’t looking for a Aviator with all these packages. We were looking for at least the Jet package, Illumination package, and the Luxury package. The ride is so comfortable and now need to take some time to setup the settings.

That’s a nice color you are getting. I saw a few videos of the color with the Jet Package and looks very nice! Hopefully you get yours soon.

Sync 3 is definitely the most disappointing feature in the aviator but I do think personally that the sound system and heads up display make up for it as I was recently test driving a different vehicle and it was noticeable in both areas. Also not sure what type of phone you have but one thing I did was get a wireless dongle for my android phone and have been using android auto wirelessly which I prefer over sync 3. Only negative so far is sometimes it takes 30-45 seconds to connect up but otherwise works fairly well overall.

I agree, if it wasn't that we like the Aviator overall I think we would have skipped the Aviator because of the Sync 3. We are using the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and I actually was looking on Amazon on getting a wireless adapter. Good to know that it is not an instant connection.

Awesome! Curious why you decided on Aviator. As I am also looking at similar cars.
