Wireless Charging Pad Issue

I have a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve and an iPhone XR. When I put the phone in the center console on the charging pad the phone freaks out. The screen gets all squirrelly and the only way to fix it is to t turn off the phones screen. It does have a rugged case on it. Has anyone else run into this? I wouldn’t mind just disabling the wireless charging pad if that’s an option since the console storage is the only place to put the phone besides in the areas below the console. I’m pretty sure I’d forget the phone is there half the time I get out of the vehicle.

Hi Brian. In reading the manual, there doesn't seem to be a way of turning the 'pad' OFF. There doesn't seem to be a specific fuse that you can pull either. Perhaps the members familiar with FORScan might know if it can be used to disable the 'pad'.
