Hello everyone, I have a 2006 Zephyr. My wife was driving home yesterday and the right rear window began to ease down by itself. She had not pushed the window down button. I went out and checked andd could here the motor operating but the window did not move. I took the panel off and found that the motor is strong and window is on track. Howeever, cables for the window were banging around and were very loose. What does the problem sound like? Did cable break or is it more likely that the cable just jumped off track? Thanks for your input.
