Will Aviator Kneel on Command?

I was considering the Aviator as my next car. I have a garage with 11' ceiling and a single-pole car lift (from American Custom Lifts (M-1 Single Post Car Lift Made in USA - American Custom Lifts). The Aviator is 69.2" in height. This is about one more inch than the height of the bottom of the lift when my seasonal car is hibernating in winter.

Question: anyone know if you can make the Aviator kneel to showroom height before being parked? None of the documentation for this car discusses this. Can the height of the car be controlled by the driver?

If you have the right package, you can make it kneel 2 inches using your FOB. Good luck finding a video or anything that shows exactly.

According to the Owner's Manual, when switching to Excite mode:
If your vehicle has air suspension, it lowers approximately 0.6 in (15 mm) to improve aerodynamics.
That's probably not enough in your case.

Note: not all Aviators have the air suspension.

Excite only lowers while in motion. I'm not aware of any way to force it to lower itself. The air suspension is part of the Dynamic Handling Package.

Dynamic Handling, but I'm not aware of any way to lower it on command with the engine running. Opening the tailgate will lower the rear, but that's about it. It doesn't fully drop until it's parked and turned off for several seconds.

With easy load (open the tailgate) and easy entry/exit (walk up to it with a fob/PAAK), it will drop down, but then once you close the door, it goes back up to the normal height.

I have a 2020 GT with the dynamic handling package. The only way I have been able to force the easy entry position, picking my wife up in front of the store for instance, is to turn the car off, exit and lock the vehicle, tap the unlock on the fob twice, and wait for it to lower before she opens the passenger side door. Won't work if you've stopped the car with the front air dam over a high curb or parking space stop. There appears to be a timer on how long the car has been off before the vehicle will automatically lower when approached with the PAAK or fob. Haven't tested how long but the lock and double unlock has worked pretty consistently. As I stated in a prior post on this topic my Mark VIII LSC would kneel when the transmission was placed in Park and come up to drive height when in any other gear. KISS is usually the best solution.

I have a 23 and I lower the whole car by open the hatch. If we are inside it will lower when the hatch is opened but have to wait until it has lowered all the way before opening the doors or it will stop, I do this all the time as my wife uses a wheelchair and it helps me getting her out. To get her in, I open the hatch as we approach the car to lower it

Why do you have to lower it before being parked?
Why not get one with dynamic suspension and park it on your lift, walk away and lock it. After several mins it’ll settle down and then you can raise the lift.
No?
It’s late. I’m tired. Did I miss something?

I think the OP wants to park under the lift.

If anyone finds a way, let us know. Probably playing with Forscan, but I am not that smart. I have Dynamic and would like to lower car on command.

I have to transport my 84 yro dad almost daily to medical appointments, shopping and out to eat. Upon approach, the suspension often never lowers itself properly so my dad can get in and out of the car easier. It's not until we unload, lock the car and start to walk away, does it then fully lower itself. May times too, the rear does not lower itself when I open the hatch to load/unload the wheelchair. I TOO wish there was a certain keyfob button I could push to lower the car down. It really makes it harder for a senior to get in when the car is in its fully raised position. IF anyone has any ideas or help about this situation, I would appreciate any info. Someone told me I should just put the suspension in service mode and leave it there, but wouldn't it then ride badly?
