Who has submitted an order for the new 2024 Nautilus?

Received notice my order is now in production. Fingers crossed it goes as planned. Unfortunately no window sticker is available yet

I plan on placing an order today. Diamond red metallic hybrid, Reserve 2 package. Waffling between truffle white and black/grey interior. Anyone with knowledge that might be able to provide a guesstimate delivery date.

Ordered on November 11, 2023. Received email confirmation same day.
Reserve 1, Hybrid, Ceramic White. A/Z plan price $53816.00. Included is shipping and acquisition fee. Plus tax

Submitted my order on 11/18. Haven’t received any email. Sent an email to dealer three days ago and haven’t received any response. Should I be concerned?

You may want to contact the dealer via phone and make certain they have your correct email address.

I eventually found mine in the spam folder. I'm not sure why it nabbed it, but you might want to check yours.

In other news, my Nautilus Reserve 2 Hybrid, ordered 6/7, went into production today, ahead of it's production week. Thanks, China. 🦃

It’s very strange that every special order doesn’t get email notification. I am in the category of didn’t any email from Lincoln regarding the order. I had the dealer even cross check to see if email address they used on order sheet was correct. The only thing I could think about is hat I’m in Canada and only work for US orders. Make sense?

Did you also not get the 'selected for production' email? After the first one went to spam, I added Lincoln's email to my contacts so it wouldn't happen again. The second email came in normally, gave me a VIN, and a link to check status.

Nope not a word from Lincoln. Thank goodness for my salesgirl. She is ontop of any movement. And contacts me directly as she can check her system to see movement.

Not accusing your dealer of anything. I am on the Maverick Truck forum as well. Some of the Ford Dealers would submit their EMAIL instead of buyer, gave them more control.
If dealer is close wold pay a visit. The copy of my order had my email written right on it.
 
I have something to be thankful for this morning. Opened up the Lincoln tracking site and saw this.

I have read what has been told to various people here that were told by Lincoln officials that it is about 28 days from built/ship and up to about 21 days to dealer. My sales manager has told me you cannot rely on this. Corporate has told these dealerships that it is from 61-90 days. He said for me where I am, it would be about 30 days from Portland to Tampa.

Well a week later and finally received my ‘order accepted’ email. So I guess I’m now finally in the production queue?

I believe the process of "Selected for production" and "VIN is provided" is called "Serialized". Once the vehicle is "Serialized" the VIN is available and a projected build date is assigned.
