Where to begin????

We have had 3 major HEADLINER / BATTERY AND WATER INTRUSION problems with our 2016 MKX SELECT to the tune of over $ Forty three hundred dollars.
Mileage is 74,566 at this point. We bought the car with only 42,717 miles. We needed a reliable and comfortable auto to get away fast from where we live with both comfort/ space. As on an older couple we can not continue to pour money into something that is obviously not of value . Tried to contact corporate with all facts and figures but to no avail.
SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

Your experience is not typical. I bought my 2017 MKX as a CPO with less than 12000 miles on it. It now has 71000 miles on the odometer. No problems. I have no plans to sell or trade this car.

Thank you for your response...however this car is just a money pit that needs to go as soon as we can. Had all the bells and whistles except for being a true draw on our retirement ...shame as my husband's Dad used to love Lincoln. Waiting to see if anybody gets back to us...hoping they have a .
