Voice Command Not Working

The voice commands recognize "Play SiriusXM channel 26", by replying "Okay, asking SiriusXM to play Classic Vinyl" (a clear indication it has recognized the command since it translated channel 26 into Classic Vinyl). But, it doesn't change the channel to 26, it simply remains on the current channel. Here is the demo of it:

Also, when in the media player, it recognizes the command and says it will go to the artist/song I requested but then fails. Here is the demo of it:

Is anyone else having the same issues?"
 
Iirc, I cleared that once with a reboot.

Yes, I have the exact same issue! I have had all CSPs and software updates.
 
So, I tried the reboot but no joy (thanks @swindler). I happen to be going by the dealership today so I dropped in to talk to the service manager and to make an appointment to have this looked at. I had sent links to the service manager yesterday so he had a chance to look at them and share them with the FSE. He told me (as expected) we are going to have to wait on a software update. Let's hope we don't have to wait too long.

I noticed you have the RIII also. Since the commands appear to work for most things except related to the radio/media player, I'm wondering if the issue only manifests through the interface with the upgraded radio? With only a sampling of 2, nothing can be drawn from it. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, let me know what radio you have.

I just got a call from my dealer regarding the issue and have an appointment for next week. Apparently, the service manager shared the videos with Lincoln and the FSE wants to work with them on it. I'll do a followup post next week.

I recently, this last week, was having similar issue where my voice command for seat heating which worked all the time in past stopped working. Similar behavior where after the command Google would be silent and not actually do the requested task.

Also had 48 inch map not displaying the time to destination.

Just did a reset today with the crystal knob and it solved both issues. Which was great!

2025 hybrid Reserve 3. With the upgraded stereo.

So, I just noticed that the second YouTube video in my post from above, was pointing to the same SirusXM video and not the media player video. Here is the media player video:

@Sharbotcom The “ sorry something went wrong… “ message is what I get when I ask the system to play Sirius XM channel…

I’m curious if there were any issues with the 24B54 update in your car. There were issues with mine which had to be escalated to Lincoln and which took several days to resolve. My issues started after this update.

Mine also fails on SiriusXM channels. I got the vehicle on the 19th of December and it has been this way since I got it.

The vehicle is currently at the dealer since Tuesday (today being Thursday) and they are still working on it. Apparently one of the updates keeps failing.

Hopefully I'll get it back tomorrow. I'll update here once I do get it back.
 
It's the first thing I tried after getting 24B54 last Friday. Could not get it to not work, even in the high channels (e.g., 553, 715).

The vehicle was at the dealer for three days. They had a hard time getting the updates to work but they finally got everything updated. No joy! This issue of the voice commands failing to execute the comprehended (verified with feedback) audio commands correctly continues. My SA was very frustrated. The ball is now back in Lincolns court.
Ugh!

Mine is going in on Tuesday to look into this issue, which for me stopped working after 24B54 was installed.

Mine is going in March 6th. This doesn't sound very encouraging.
 
I had the situation today where where voice was not working at start up but after using the steering button and playing with menus it started working.
