First, get comfortable with the layout of the forum.
Mingle with others and have or create conversation .
Don't be in a rush. Many get frustrated not getting an answer to an issue/problem right away.
We all have lives to attend to and cannot rush back to the keyboard right away.
Have Patience.
When creating a thread to discuss an issue/problem remember the 5 W's
WHO
WHAT
Where
When
Why
These 5 things can help you describe the problem/issue and develop your thread enough for other members to understand well and get you responses quicker
Do not write out a Journal describing a problem/issue. If it is too long people tend to ignore it or only read just a bit.
Punctuation and spelling help. Do not combine sentences, keep things spaced and easy to read
Be very descriptive and give out as much detail as possible. IF you have video post it.
Having issues posting? Try uploading it to Youtube then paste the video link in the thread you created here.
Can't figure something out then ask. Many here are glad to help
