Sync issues 2015 Navigator - Screen black at start up

I have had issues with my 2015 navigator and the Sync system. Intermittently, at start up, the screen will not come on and the Sync system will eventually start after about a minute and go into the restore/update mode. This is occuring multiple times a week. Any ideas on what the issue is? I have had it in to my local dealership several times and they have yet to fix it.

I am sorry I can not help. You might want to take it to another dealer, especially since
it is still under warranty.
I am not having that issue with 2015 Navigator. I am just
having it drop the BlueTooth connection during phone calls that is totally aggravating.
