Suggested improvements (Soft & Hard - all models)

I have a 21 Corsair Reserve and would like to suggest to Lincoln(Ford) 2 things that would be great on most cars.

1. Hardware change - Put a "permanently on" USB outlet in the rearview mirror assembly (permanent on being required for cams with parking monitoring capabilities). Most people have some sort of dash cam these days and top of the screen (passenger side) is a common location to place one. It is a real pain to run a permanent power line up to this location (cross the engine compartment, through the bulkhead, up the door pillar across the windscreen etc. etc.! - much easier done at wiring assembly creation. Too late for my car but maybe in the next one I consider purchasing!

2. Sync Software change. - Change the automatic speed control over allowance to a percentage not an MPH amount. 10 MPH over the say 60MPH limit is probably acceptable to law enforcement, but 10mph over a 25mph limit will get you a ticket every time! Make the allowance a percentage instead. 10 % over any limit would be much more realistic to not be flagged by LE. Can we have this ASAP please?

I'm sorry but I tried to put this in the afore mentioned thread but couldn't. I also can't find any way to move it.
As someone new to the forum, where are the instructions on how to do these things?
Perhaps a moderator could move it for me this time.
