My Lincoln
2025 Nautilus Hybrid
Honestly, I will not buy a Lincoln again and will I recommend a Lincoln. First, the dealer was aweful. However, what is really bad is the technology in the car. My daughter's Hyundai Tucson has better technology than my Nautilus and it cost $25K - $30K less. Here are just some issues. The hands free feature rarely understands my commands. Simple stuff like Call ?. The settings always get reset. Example, I have the accent lights on Blue (Constellation). Today, they are white? My settings for texts - Listen while driving, somehow was reset to not allow me to listen to texts. I have my car set to accept updates and yet everyday, I get a message telling me that updates are coming or that they have been sent. Why do I need to insist that my rear seat passengers put on their seat belt of the annoying alert keeps ringing. There isn't the ability to drive in manual transmission mode which is awesome for when it snows are the roads are slick. My setting for heat always reset - Example, recirculate and synq temp. Trying to get help from Lincoln personal assistant is not good. I always thought that Lincoln was a high-end brand - No more Lincolns for me.

I believe the root problem is that the software gets screwed up (unstable state) at times and there is no a reliable method by the owner or the dealer to get it right. From posts here, it has involved rebooting, factory reset to re-set up profile, disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes, charging or replacing the battery, reset BMS, reflash specific modules, etc.

Is it still under warranty? If so, then take it in to get this resolved.

If you tell the service department that you have all sorts of issues with the tech, they will reprogram if pressed. My firmware issues are mostly gone.

It will help if you have video if possible when it acts up.

Did you setup a profile so that all your settings are stored the way you want them to be when you get in car? Or, are you saying your saved profile isn’t working correctly? I had trouble setting my profile up when I got my Aviator so the dealer’s service tech helped me do it. There are so many electronics in these new cars you need a phD to figure out how everything works.
