Screen flashing black and light.

Noticed it today. This is the center screen mounted to the dash. It flashed several times and then looked normal. I have no idea what caused it. First time I've seen it do this. We were driving home from an appointment this morning.

Mine has done the same thing a few weeks ago.
Has been fine since.

What was being displayed? CarPlay by any chance?

Nothing gets displayed. The screen for 5-10 seconds would flash black then bright. Nothing to see. It goes squirrelly. Then re sets back to normal.

It may be the operating system installing an update in the background. Computers do this as well, especially with major hardware software updates (IE Drivers). I would certainly keep an eye on it though, if it becomes a frequent occurrence, Id definitely bring it to your dealership service department's attention.
