Rear Entertainment HDMI No Signal - 2020 Nav

I just bought a 2020 Navigator on Friday and I’m trying to hook up a Roku stick in the rear entertainment for the kids. When I plug it in and go to the HDMI Source, it says “No Signal” - it briefly worked for about 30 seconds and then the screen got scrambled and it went back to “No Signal”.

Any thoughts here? I am reaching out to the dealer as well to see if they can fix it. Without the HDMI input, the rear entertainment is basically worthless.

Does the Roku stick have internet access from a phone, hotspot etc? If not, no signal
