Rattle in Passenger C Pillar

Can anybody help me understand what could be rattling behind my passenger side C pillar? 2021 Grand Touring.

The noise is definitely behind the lower plastic trim and "radiates" up and out of the grille/vent on top.

I have had it to the dealer to fix and they didn't knock it out, so I will take it back - but trying to give a little guidance.
