Hi Everyone!
I just purchased my 2016 MKZ last Saturday and have unfortunately have already had my first problem with it.
The power driver's seat and power wheel tilt/ telescoping are not moving.
I've hunted around the internet and found the video below. In the video the owner (2013 Ford Fusion) unzips the seat back to get access to the inside the seat. From there he re-attaches a wire which fixes the power seat. I believe I may be having the same issue.
Does anyone know if the 2013-2016 MKZ seats have a zipper in the back like the Fusion in this video? I've tried to find it but have not been successful.
