What is the best performance handling coil over kit upgrade for 2000 Lincoln town car?

There's really no "coil over" for a 2000 Town Car...., there's front springs and shocks and rear air bags, or rear springs, both with shocks.

I like a 29.5mm CVPI stabilizer bar in the front with Motorcraft OEM shocks and a 21mm stabilizer bar with OEM Motorcraft shocks in the rear. There is also a "handling package" you can put on these cars, but if you're looking for performance, a Marauder might be the way to go.

It all depends on what you're after, me, I wanted the ass end sway and rolling in the corners out of mine, and with that set up I got it, I have gotten rid of the air bags in the rear and added variable rate coil springs and Moog end links with the 21mm stabilizer bar in the rear and the 29.5mm CVPI stabilizer bar in the front .... Not really a performance set up, but it did get the body roll out of it real good.

I left the springs up front and air in the back but went with Addco swaybars. They make 1.25 inch for the front and 1 inch for the rear. Listed for the Crown Vic of course, no one uses performance parts on a Lincoln.

I also used police/taxi Motorcraft shocks.

The result is a smooth ride on the highway but it rides on rails in the curves with no body roll.

You could go all out but it will ruin the ride. Crown Vic P71 springs front and rear with hard gas shocks.

The sway bars make the biggest difference though.

I don't think there is performance shocks for 98-02 models maybe you can use P71 suspension for same model if possible

Sorry, I didn't pay attention to the year. Not sure if Crown Vic parts interchange with the old cars like with 03 and above.
