Hi Clarence. First thing to check would be the bulbs/bulbs/LED's (whichever applies). If the bulbs/LED's are good, then check the fuse/fuses.

The fuse panel schematic and lists are in the Owners Manual. Look in the Index under "Fuses" for the correct pages in your copy. The bulb chart is also in the Owners Manual.

If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/parts-service/resources/owner-manuals/

Checking the bulbs may require the removal of the bumper cover, so this may be a job for your Lincoln Dealership or an independent shop you trust.

And if it is not the bulbs/LED's, you will likely require a Dealer or shop to troubleshoot this. A blown fuse can mean a deeper issue causing the fuse to blow. So let's hope it is a bulb.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.

I’m sorry, but I forgot to mention that the fog light and the parking light upper light light are out so I’m thinking maybe a fuse, but I don’t know what fuse to look for
And these are the white lights that I’m referring to oh, and the yellow light that’s out also all on the passenger side

Hi Clarence. As mentioned, the list of fuses in the manual explains what they are for.

To address my own curiosity, I pulled up the online manual and found that there are no fuses/relays assigned to those lights. I was curious because when the refreshed 2016 Explorer came out, the list of fuses in the manual substantially decreased, and also has no fuses assigned for the lights. I have a feeling that now the BCM (Body Control Module) handles those functions.

Thanks I appreciate the heads up. I’ll look on that.

If the BCM (Body Control Module) handles those functions what do I have to do to check that? I hope I can do it myself. Any suggestions is appreciated very much.
