Panoramic roof not working

Glass has stopped opening and shade opens and only closes halfway

Mine will only tilt but won’t slide back at all.

2014 MKS the shade will motor but the [ TILT ] and [ SLIDE ] buttons do not seem to do anything.
This happened before. Found the sun/moon roof drains were clogged and had gotten wet. Allowed it to dry out (the first time) but now a year later, again it seems dry, but only the shade works.

*Also noted, that there is an occasional static noise from the sound system.

I have an AUTEL Maxisys scanner and I do not show any codes (or ability to run the sunroof) from the BCM.

I was hoping to find answers here...
