2023 Corsair Res III
Hello, everybody!

My OEM Continentals are almost “gone” after 40k miles.

Which of these would you recommend?
  • Michelin CrossClimate 2
  • Vredestein Quatrac Pro+
  • Firestone Firehawk V2
  • Pirelli P Zero AS 3

Things that matter to me:
  • Handling in all conditions
  • Comfort (especially noise)
  • Decent snow performance (I live in the Midwest now)
  • Overall value
The OEM Continentals were quiet and overall fine, but they wore out very quickly.
They have that noise-canceling foam, and I think that of the ones listed above only Pirellis have it.

My go-to tires are either Michelin or Cooper. I've had excellent service from both. Which I would buy depends on the deal and the dealer.

Thanks!

And then there is Goodyear Assurance Weatheractive 2.
I had Michelins on several cars. Always good. But they were summer tires. Quiet, safe, low rolling resistance.
Wondering about those CrossClimate 2's. Corsair is a quiet car. Will those tires damage that image?

I would go with the CrossClimate2 because:

1) I like the CC1 I have on my Acura MDX.

2) If I recall correctly, Consumer Reports ranks CC2 as #1 in their category.

3) I only buy tires at Costco; besides Michelin, they carry Pirelli, Firestone & a few others but Michelin & Bridgestone are their main brands.

I completely forgot Costco does tires w/ free installation.
Will go that route.

UPDATE: Ordered and scheduled. CrossClimate 2 @ Costco.
