Hi All
I’ve suddenly lost the heat in my 2019 Nautilus.
I drove it for about 20 minutes. Temp gauge got up to half way. Turn on the heat and warm air came out for about 15 seconds. It slowly turned colder. It didn’t quite make it down to outside temp, but close (cool).
I’ve tried messing with the heat/ac controls. I’ve disconnected the battery for 5 minutes.
The gear issue may or may not have cropped up the same time as another issue. I was messing around with the settings on the screen - mainly looking for how to get the phone to connect without using the cord. While doing this messing around the screen locked up and stayed on. Turning off the car and leaving it had no impact. I eventually had to disconnect the battery in order for the screen to turn off. After that, the car functioned normally. It was around (couple of days?) that time when I noticed no heat.
Any suggestions on how to diagnose?
