My Lincoln
Town car limosine
So i have this 1999 Lincoln limosine that we put a external fueltank and pump in becaus the original one was leaking. But now it wont start only on brake cleaner we also have no fuel coming back from the injector rail is there some sort of cut of somewhere to the point of that the ecu wont send a singnal to the injectors?

I cant read the car for codes doesnt have a obd plug jet i am located in europe but wil go and check the fuses

You have modified the system. Make sure fuel is getting past the fuel filter and to the engine.

The fuel rail will have a valve to check for fuel pressure.
Make sure there is pressure there. At minimum the engine needs about 25PSI. Normal will likely be in the 35PSI range.
If that pressure is good
The next issue is the fuel pressure regulator. This restricts flow back to the tank and is operated by a vacuum line. If the valve does not close pressure can not build up. The highest pressure should be created with the vacuum line disconnected.

Electrical issues are pump related. If the pump is working and creating pressure, do not worry about the electrical system. The new pump is running correct?
