Need help figuring out vacuum lines.

I have a 1996 Lincoln town car i bought a while back. The problem is there is no vacuum lines at all on this vehicle. And the check engine light keeps going on. I tried routeing the PCV with a hose to the throttle body, But as soon as i connect the mass air flow sensor which is brand new.The car dies out, if i unplug it, it runs but it runs rough. So if anyone has some pictures of where all the vacuum lines go on this car. or any ideas, that would really help a lot.

Your 1995 Town Car has vacuum lines to run:
1. the HVAC system door motors through a canister from the intake to the control manifold on the HVAC electronic control module in the dash. If doors work properly to divert airflow the system should be OK
2. the EVAP system purge valve operates through a cycle controlled through the PCM to allow fuel tank vapours to be drawn from fuel tank to the charcoal filter system to the purge valve which when opened by the pcm allows vapour flow to the back of the intake manifold into the engine to be burned. This intake manifold hose gets rotted from fuel vapours and causes a vacuum leak. Also a leak in earlier hose causes a DTC due to inability of fuel tank to hold a vacuum.
3. the crankcase ventilation is from the pcv valve in right or left (from drivers perspective) valve cover to the back of the intake under the throttle body (adapter). The hose often rots from oil contamination and can get sucked closed or get a hole or split. Engine will run rough due to vacuum leak.
4. Exhaust Gas Regulator valve is vacuum controlled from the vacuum regulator, so a leak on the input side to the valve will cause a vacuum leak. A leak on the EGR regulator side may cause poor EGR performance in the DPFE system and set a DTC.

It would be good to know what DTC you are getting (from the check engine light) and go from there.
