My Lincoln
2025 lincoln nautilus
We have a week-old Nautilus and the brakes grid at the end of a slow stop. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I get it too and more so at the beginning of a drive.

Common problem with the '24 and '25 models. Ongoing. Maybe a "fix" in the next couple months. There are other posts on this topic in this forum. Read those for more history.

Yep same here… not what you would expect from a pricey set of wheels. It is embarrassing when showing off your ride and your passengers says what is that???? “its the $70,000 flux capacitor that Lincoln developed” and then I crank up the speakers hoping to drown it out.

I checked my dashboard and no news of brake fix as promised by end of 3Q. I recall last year we waited for the entry/exit fix and it arrived exactly at end of quarter.

I may be lucky - I had my rotors replaced in February and have had the groan once since. About 2 weeks after they were replaced. I'm not declaring victory yet but I haven't even thought about it in months.

The interesting question is why did it work for some and not others. There is some variable.

We had the rotors replaced in September 2024 with 'design 2'. My wife says the noise just changed. We've been waiting on the complete fix since. There are a LOT of posts about this, typically under the topic 'rotors'.
