MY2023 Aviator Order Timeline Tracking thread

Update: actual production began on blend date 3/27
Built status 3/30

Now I’m just waiting on email with estimated dates for shipment to dealer!

We had the same exact dates - Email said production would be 3/27 but changes status to 'in production' on 3/20. Blend date 3/27. No activity since.
Called Concierge and they were useless.. dealer gave me more info last week.
Hoping it goes to built this week!

Mine changed to "In Production" on 3/20 but no other info was included until my blend date. On 3/27, the "In Production" tab at the top of the tracking page included that date, which was also my blend date. I'm thinking it didn't actually hit the assembly line until 3/27 since that is the date that popped up on the production tab.

I received my email on 4/1 stating it has been built and current delivery estimate to dealer is 4/16 - 4/22.

I checked the tracker today and I think its a little glitchy because it shows it was last updated with today's date but the status changed back to "Order Confirmed" (although when I click on steps 1-4 they all have the correct dates of the build process. The "Shipped" and "Final Prep" steps are the only 2 left without dates attached.) Maybe it is in the process of changing to "Shipped" earlier than anticipated!

Hopefully yours will update soon!!! If this info helps at all, mine was the 741st unit of 1656 on the production line according to my window sticker. Your position in assembly may play a part in when your status updates.

From what I've learned lately is, the Blend Date is the Monday of the 'Build Week'. Meaning the actual build will occur during that week.

My blend date is a Thursday. In fact, this Thursday.

So much for my guess then. The page my dealer printed off led me to my guess on the process.
It shows the following for "Order Processing".
Oct. 31, 2022 - Unscheduled - Clean' (this was the order date)
Mar. 16, 2023 - Scheduled to week (week of Apr-03-2023) - this is what is shown as the 'Blend Date' on the Window Sticker
Mar. 24, 2023 - Scheduled to day (Apr-05-2023)

Received an email this morning stating ETA of May 6, 2023.

Delivery to dealer. So that is one less lease payment the dealer will have to cover.

Status changed to 'Built' today but I'm not getting any email updates. Last I received was on 2/21 that the schedule changed from week of 4/24 to week of 3/27. I guess I'll just keep checking the tracker every day..

I didn't receive an email when it went into production, but I received one the day after it updated to built. It included the expected delivery date range

ordered confirmed email- 2/6
scheduled for production week of 4/24 email - 2/16
changed schedule of production week of 3/27 email - 2/22
on 3/22 I randomly checked the tracker and found it has been pulled into production on 3/20. Window sticker was available with blend date on 3/27.
Remained in production until 4/3 ->changed to built
Received email on 4/5 that car is built and scheduled to be delivered to dealer between 4/30-5/6

I wasn't getting any updates for months. After calling Lincoln and speaking with them they now are sending me emails every Tuesday. I've read other posts that also mentioned getting updates on Tuesdays. Seeing as how my build date was the 5th and it mentioned an ETA of May 6th. I should get another update on the 18th. Keep in mind the Blend Date is not the Build Date.

What was your build (BL, GT?) as your early dates are the same as mine. Mine has a blend date of 4/6. No tracker updates since 3/21 and no email since 2/16.

It may be an idea to add that info to your "My Lincoln" field and show it as Ordered.

They must be cranking them out now. I went to my dealer today for service. 6 months ago they had 1-2 Aviators maybe. Today they had 24, with a mixture of BL, GT and Reserves.

Ours is still sitting in Michigan after being built 2/20. I told the dealer yesterday if it’s not here in a week we’ll be shopping around. We started pricing a Yukon locally. This is ridiculous.

2/6/23: Order confirmed
2/16/23: Email with VIN and scheduled for production, estimated to begin the week of 04/03/23
3/7/23: Track My Vehicle indicates "Scheduled for week of 4/6/23"
3/21/23: Track My Vehicle indicates "In Production"
3/22/23: Window sticker with blend date of 4/6/23
4/13/23: Email citing production delays
