My Mark V has no electrical power, battery is fully charged

my mark v has no electrical power, battery is fully charged posts are clean and tight, but when tried to start it there was a loud snap under drivers seat and everything went dead, about half an hour later the power came back on and tried to start it and it did it again, power came back on later, tried it again and it did the same thing and the power has not come back on since
