MKX High third mount light/ upper brake light

I need to replace the upper brake light on my 2016 MKX Select. I have been unable to locate any instructions on how to access and replace it. Anyone have any advice, instructions? I have the new light. I am quite capable of doing this, just don't want to inadvertantly break anything. I jusy recently replaced the APIM module and display, so this shouldn't be too tough with a bit of help.

There is a video here on this forum that shows the difficult parts of removing the visor.
I don't know how to find it but I think it is worth searching for it.

Many upper brake light lenses have been damaged by car wash brushes.
