I picked up a new 2022 Corsair back in February on noticed the rear wheel well liner was hanging low when a bit of ice built up on it. I also noticed the fender was somewhat floppy. (Her is a very short YouTube video showing it
). It turns out liner parts were missing on both sides. The parts attach to the back of the wheel liners and act as shields, along with firming up the rear quarter panels.
I brought the car into the dealer where we confirmed it was missing the parts. We checked two other new Corsairs and one had the parts and the other didn't. The commonality between my vehicle and the other one that was also missing the parts was factory installed trailer package.
The dealer ordered the parts and installed them. So my point is: check underneath to see if you are missing the rear underside panels.
Updated: Here are pics of the parts. The one with the black plate and silver shield are from the passenger side and the one with the black plate is the drivers side.


BTW the bottoms of the mudguards are partially shown in each picture.
