My Lincoln
2023
I have a 2023 Lincoln Navigator, when driving I continually get audible warnings and nothing will appear on the screen to say what is wrong. Then occasionally the pre-collision light will flicker and occasionally it will display say ”Pre-Collision Assist Not Active.” Also, cruise control will suddenly disengage with light on dash stating "cancelled". I brought the vehicle in last week and spent $1700 on it. It worked for one week and now is having the same exact problems. According to mechanic’s bill, they “installed a known good CCM from a like unit and performed PMI programming.” Any suggestions, the Audible warnings go off constantly and it is driving me literally nuts.

All you can do is take it back to service for a second look. I can imagine how annoying the alerts must be.

Here is the video of the problem:

@jvanro there are issues with the sensor connectors getting corrosion or not properly seated.

Are u in a wet state? Recent weather exposure or driving through flooded areas?
Recent accident repair? Bought used?

Sounds like you are out of warranty. That’s tougher @18ReserveLNaviGeezy has the right instruction - back to the dealer Yee shall go

Had the same problem. It took several rounds to fix it. The Lincoln Field Tech had to be involved. They replaced CCM module (new). Suspecting they might have a batch of bad CCMs so getting a used one is throwing a dice.

I have this issue and the dealership says it's not under warranty but car is still under warranty. Any advice?

Hi G-26. More information may help:

- What model year is your vehicle?
- What is the current mileage?
- When did you purchase it?
- Did you purchase new or used?
- Was it damaged in an accident?
- If still within the 4 year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Warranty, or covered by a LincolnProtect PremiumCare ESP warranty (or equivalent third party plan), what reason did the dealership give for it to be “not under warranty“?
- Have you contacted Lincoln Concierge for assistance?

Get back to us with more information, and good luck.
