I bought a 2019 Lincoln Black Lable in Jan 2019. My window sticker says 4yr/50K maintenance. I took it in for maintenance a couple of months ago (summer 2023) at 3 1/2 years and about 35K and was told Black Lable did not cover the maintenance because I had used the full allotment of covered maintenances. It turns out that despite the guarantee of maintenance coverage for 4yr/50K, Black Label only covers maintenance every 7,500 miles. Nowhere is that stated, so I have no idea how the owner is to know that. To make matters worse, the dealers are suggesting Maintenace at 5K, which is what I followed, and why Black Label now says they won't cover my maintenance. They want me to go back to the dealer, which I did, but I have moved and am with a new dealer. The old dealer would cover the maintenance, but we are now over 900 miles away, so that just doesn't work. I am extremely disappointed in Lincoln; they should honor their warranty guarantee. If they only warrant 6 or 7 maintenances, they should state that up front and not surprise the customer. Has anyone else faced this situation.
