Is internet wiring diagram site, portal-diagnostov, legitimate?

Hi guys, I'm considering purchasing the wiring diagrams for my '03 Town Car, while i wait for my order of service manuals on disc to arrive. I guess I'm just impatient and eager to diagnose the wiring circuit to my DDM (seems to be open). Has anyone tried portal-daignostov.com and is it helpful?

Taking a brief look at the site is looks like a clickbait setup.
IF you pick and choose year, make , model it opens a page that says database currently being populated with diagrams up to 2025
and then another page will open up and just buffer
