Intermittent noise from Pulley Tensioner 2005 Town Car

I would like to think it has something to do with my air control sensor at this point, but this is still occurring after months, just like this, at any speed (less noticeable at higher RPM). I just replaced the pulley tensioner and serpentine belt before taking this video. Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Yes what you’re hearing is the clutch on the front of the AC compressor engaging and disengaging. Sounds like a new AC compressor is in your future.
