Interior lights not coming on when door is opened

Hi Folks,

We've had our 2024 Navigator for a couple of months. We didn't drive it for about a week and as I went out to start loading it I found that the interior lights don't come on when I open any door. They will come on when I manually switch them on and they come on if the car is running but now dice if it's not running. The button on the overhead console to turn that feature off is not activated. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

Sleep mode to conserve battery. Need a battery tender if you don’t drive that much . Chimed will sound weird too when you start it means low battery

Did you ever figure anything out? Ours also do not come on
