Instrument cluster lights

Does anyone know what 2 size bulbs are in back of instrument cluster? Im seeing 12 of one size and 5 of another size with a base attached to it. I'd appreciate any knowledge on this. Thanks guys!

You may check at bulbtypes dot com-lincoln. Maybe you can find it, as I know there are only 2 types of bulbs: 12 bulbs of one size, they are usually T5 bulbs and 5 bulbs with a base attached, and they are often T10 bulbs.
