I have a 2022 Corsair Grand Touring (plug in hybrid). The infotainment screen occasionally goes black on me. Once I pressed the sources button and I was able to get the radio back on. Another time I shut the car off and when I started it again the screen came back on. I also lose Apple Car Play occasionally. Any ideas about these issues?

Have you connected SYNC to Wi-Fi and checked for updates? It may still be under warranty too, bring it by your local dealer and see if they have any updates for it.

Thanks. I took it to the dealer and I think they fixed it. I believe there was a TSB on this issue.

What did they replace or fix? TSB didn't do it for me.
I'm not sure they fixed it. It happened again recently. When I turned the car off for a while then started it again, the screen was back but Apple Car Play wasn't. The next time I re-started the vehicle I had the screen and Apple Car Play. I have an after market wireless Wi Fi adapter for Apple Car Play. I'm wondering if that could be the problem.
