Glad I saw this post. I bought a 25 Aviator 2 days ago and have the same issue with source changing every time I restart. Salesman spent quite a bit of time setting things up. This is the 3rd Lincoln I've bought from him and I know he's pretty thorough.

I'm going to dealer tomorrow to order a cargo mat and third row mat with my rewards points. I also noticed the Lincoln star in the grill is loose and vibrates when tapping on the grill. I don't think that's supposed to happen.

I had a great sales experience, but I didn't understand how great until some of the posts here. I spent at least an hour with my sales guy setting up and testing everything (other than HomeLink and my home wifi connection). The fact that this isn't SOP at every Lincoln dealer is unfathomable to me. How could any new owner of this car be allowed to drive away without even setting up his Google account???

OP, there's soooo much to setting up this car, even for a techie like me. Honestly, I'd get in the car, drive to the dealer, go directly to the sales manager, and demand (politely) for the set up that you should have got before you left the dealership the first time.
I had a similarly great experience with our dealership and sales person. He made sure we were setup before driving home and walked us through all the major items and options so he could set it up for our preferences. Capital Lincoln in Winnipeg.

I had a good experience other than a few issues with the infotainment. In addition to the source changing, I also discovered USB will not respond to voice. When I ask to play a track, it tries to find it on an APP I can manually select a track, but I have over 2000, so not very easy that way. I've been trying all week to see if I'm missing something, but no success so far.
On another note, I discovered the Lincoln star in the grill is loose and rattling. They are going to replace it, but I need to wait until early March for a loaner.

@Aviator25 look at the clip in this thread concerning the USB: Thread 'Voice Command Not Working' If your USB interaction is the same, my service advisor shared the video with Lincoln and engineering is now involved. I'm update the original thread once I have more.

I don’t understand why Lincoln dealers are letting people drive off the lots without setting up buyers’ profiles first. Not everybody is tech savvy and a car with so much new technology, this is the minimum that should be done. Not doing this just creates problems for their clients and generates bad publicity for the product they are trying to sell. Very shortsighted!
MY dealer went thru everything when I purchaswd my car. I should have video taped it on my phone because there is only so much my 77 year old brain can compute.
