My Lincoln
2025 Aviator
If you are anywhere near New Mexico and for some bizarre reason still thinking about getting a Lincoln, go to Colorado, Texas or Arizona and not the one dealership in New Mexico. I have a complaint filed with the State Attorney General, hoping it might be criminal!

Now lets talk car. Calling Lincoln a luxury car is like calling a Vespa a Harley. The fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired, the dealer prep was wanting and the quality of the material is best illustrated by their cheesy floor mats. and other plastic material. I made the mistake of ordering an accessory afterwards and it was pure junk and I sent it back immediately. I had the car five months and there were already four recalls, some of which they do not have fixes for and some were known or should have been know before the car was leased. They should not be allowed to sell or lease a car when recalls are in place or at a minimum inform the customer beforehand! I recently rode in a friends Ram pick up truck and it was quieter and rode smoother than my Aviator. The features and instruments worked better and easier!

Calling Lincoln's Customer Service is like saying Charlie Manson was a family man, it is a joke! For one thing Lincoln seems to be run by a lot of women or foreigners and perhaps DEI is at play, may explain why they put mud flaps in the front of the wheel wells. I wrote to the President of Lincoln, Ford and Lincoln Financial Services and never received a response. The employee people to sit in mom's basement playing solitaire and pretending to take notes to escalate it up the chain which never happens. I did receive two perfunctory responses where they disavow having anything to do with Lincoln. The are gutless punks and pussies (established that earlier) who do not even use a surnames, probably firsts are made up anyway, or include a phone number or email. Perhaps it is an indication of how many complaints they get. If you spend twenty grand more for a "black label" their pretend real luxury car maybe you get an email address. They don't provide an owner's manual, you have to download their 580 page manual from their website. The manual was obviously written by geeks and lawyers for idiots, guess they know who buys their cars,. It could be done in a hundred, nice glossy pages by any normal person or car guy and given out with the car.

I suggest that if you are looking for customer service, go with any foreign auto manufacturer like Lexus, Toyota, Honda (got better service with our CRV) Mazda or even Hyundai or Kia. I think Ford is one of only two domestic auto manufactures left and soon it may just be one !
