Yes, recently, but this sounds to me the same as last year's 24SC74. Guess this means the previous fix wasn't?Has anybody received a recall 25SC4 on the Lincoln app?
Dealer told me to bring my car in for a software fix. After four hours returned the car with no fix as the software upgrade was not available. They told me to set the charging to 80%.Yes, recently, but this sounds to me the same as last year's 24SC74. Guess this means the previous fix wasn't?
Well, upon further review (of the Lincoln Owner website) ... the recall is still apparently valid!!Or … today’s iOS app update now shows no recalls at all!
Entertaining first world issue …. What IS the truth?

Received my recall letter today....I hope they devise a final remedy soonPlease see the attached file of the HV battery recall update on 11/26/25 on from the road.ford.com. My Lincoln App has stopped showing any active recalls or alerts, like it had been. I have not yet received any updated recall letter that had been mentioned to start going out about Dec. 1. Immediately below is a copy of the latest update on 12/12/25 from the Ford Recall Website, based on the VIN of my '22 Corsair GT. I wonder what the line below "we have a remedy but parts are not available right now" actually means about the nature of the solution. If this indicates that all HV batteries need replacement, there could be a substantial wait as over 20K Ford vehicles are affected, and when you add in Stellantis and VW Group vehicles, over 180K vehicles are affected based on the same/similar Samsung SDI PHEV HV battery. Recently, even the $200K Bentley Bentayga was added to the recall list.

My dealership said to leave it in "normal" mode, and not charge above 80%.Okay, so I've got to ask this sophomore question. The recall notice recommends (in red) two things. First to not charge beyond 80%; Second to only drive in "Auto EV mode". Gee, I don't really have an "auto EV mode". Do I? I mean I've got Normal, Conserve, Excite, Preserve EV, Pure EV, Slippery and Deep. Hum. You'd think Lincoln could be a little bit more specific! Who has the answer?
Turns out DDG AI does: this term is apparently one assigned to the Escape-
"Auto EV Drive Mode in a Ford Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) automatically switches between electric and hybrid modes based on driving conditions to optimize efficiency. This mode allows the vehicle to use electric power when possible and seamlessly transition to the gasoline engine when needed"
Don't ya think they coulda just said that!!
