My brake lights keep burning out and I believe it’s because the socket looks super burnt, but how do I replace the socket? Or do I have to replace them all. It’s a 696 pigtail socketD9245EBA-40E9-4B9E-BB65-EEB48A928A28.webp

The answer is likely yes there is a replacement socket.
The replacement would be installed with butt connectors after you cut off the old connector.
OR (unless) that grey connector end comes out of the black socket connector.
Dorman makes lots of these connector for lots of models

To find a replacement (or to help you do that) you would want to list year, make and model. (Your post is missing year)
And to post a picture of the arrangement inside the socket.
Is the other wire end of the harness still connected to the car?

This might be it just not sure. If it is, one of the replacement part numbers is SMP 11747ZH

And other data as it looks like there are 2 kinds of tail lamp sockets.
Inner or outer (for either side)
I think this detail is for 2 or 3 pin connector.
Which may make the part number above incorrect

It’s a 2000 Ls V8, the grey part won’t come out. I also just purchased a replacement socket too

yes the other end is connected to the car as well but the way it’s set up looks like I need to replace the whole set up as all the wires to the 3 sockets lead to one un-clickable attachment

Thank you for your timely response though 👍

Iv managed to pull 3 wires out of the socket itself. Is this normal? How do they go back in. Was very tight
