This month\'s numbers from Curves: -1/2\" Bust, -1/2\" waist, -1\" Hips, -1 1/4\" arms, down 11 lbs and down 2.2% body fat%.
Not as good as last month, but all in all not bad.

The first set of numbers are always the best. The rest of the weight doesn\'t come off as easily.

He\'s a rescue dog. He\'s four years old and was used as a \"breeder\"...he apparently wasn\'t keeping up with his end of deal, so they got rid of him. :nono: The person who had him before us (after the breeder) couldn\'t handle him because he kept escaping. We found that out personally the second day we had him. He was brought home by Animal Control. He\'s...eh...ok. His name is Cosmo after Cosmo Kramer because the boy just ain\'t that bright.

He\'s a damn good looking dog though. Will the state allow you to claim him as a child so you can get some help feeding him?
