I slept for 12 hours...it was pretty wonderful. The kids and the dogs left me alone. Amazing.

Lucky you...It\'s my Tuesday.

and It\'s beautiful outside. I can\'t even work outdoors, because of this stupid project. Normally I\'d lock up, put a sign on the door and wander around outside finding stuff to do and getting tan. Grrr.

Okay, I\'m heading to the doctor after work. Things have taken a turn for the worse. Now I\'m running to the toilet every hour or so. So far I\'ve logged 5 trips to the bathroom since 8:30 this morning and I think there will be a few more before I leave :dead:

Glad Tanner went to the DR.....I went to Curves and then to the bar.....met a very nice guy, 6 years my junior. He teaches. We like a lot of the same music....there was too much interference from my boss....


and I drank way too much. but it was fun

I agree, normally. This guy seems alright though. He goes there to play pool. Did I mention that he is a teacher(middle school)? :) Just somebody to talk to is nice.

No harm meeting people in bars. Sometimes nice people go to them. It\'s just a matter of making sure the ones you leave with are the good ones!

It really depends on the bar. It seems to me most bars have people pretending to be something their not. I suppose thats life in general. I hate places that have the music up loud as shit, I get sick of shouting. Then because I am shouting, that means I am inhaling all of the smoke, and my voice/lungs are fucked for days. Thats why I go to the belgian ale places here. No smoking, no loud ass music, and the lighting is on enough so that you can see that the people around you actually are humans and not vampires. Not to mention I pay 6 to 7$ for my big glass of ale (which is around 8 to 10% alcohol btw, or =to 2 or 3 bud lights), which I drink slowly and enjoy life. I don\'t have to fight to get to the bar tender just to give away my money.

This is more of a \"private club\" My boss and her husband belong, and a couple of other friends. It\'s filled with a bunch of regulars, and everyone knows everyone else. I think I\'m the newest person there, and I\'ve been going off and on for the past couple of years. I\'ve met this guy a few times before, he plays on the pool league; we started talking about the jukebox, and music in general and then on to life in general. He seems like a nice guy. He seems like he\'s intellegent...and he didn\'t bolt when I told him how many kids I had...lol!

True story: I picked up a drunk friend of mine at a bar 2 weeks ago. He was hitting on some woman. when I was getting close I heard the woman say \"actually I have 2 kids\". He said something like, thats great, I eat kids... :lol: He didn\'t even realize what he said. I had to damn near carry him out afterwards.

I spend the day relaxing and blowing off homework and studying. I have a final Weds and another next Sat. I have a paper due tues that I haven\'t started. I really just don\'t even care at this point. I am totally just over school right now.
