Don\'t worry about the weight. Just keep at it. The best way to tell if you\'re losing fat or not is to use a cloth tape and just take measurements. If the weight stays the same but the measurements are getting smaller then you are definitely losing fat.

You\'re doing great. Just keep up the hard work and everything will work out. And do like tanner said with the measurements.

stupid starter is crapping the bed on my stupid car
But on the bright side my buddys dad quoted me 350 to put my car on the frame bench and pull my huge dnet out and smooth the quarter panel out. Its nice to have friends with awesome parents, who happen to own 2 of the biggest body shops in RI

You are right. I measured my waist today and it is down almost 4 inches -it might be slightly off because I did it myself insted of having someone else do it, but I tried to be honest about it. I will get properly measured (waist, chest, arms, thigh, hip, etc) again next week :crossed:

Your arms have to be at your sides in order for the measurement to be accurate.
