The only word he said for 26 hours. she finally called the ambulance when Scott\'s best friend called, heard of the situation and screamed at her to call 911. She then stated to the EMT\'s that she didn\'t want to go to jail for murder. When I could finally bring myself to talk to her last night, she acted like she didn\'t know how serious Scott\'s condition was, ranted about her own condition (she has seizures) and then said to me \"we have to come up with a story\". when I said what the f$%k are you talking about? sHe said she didn\'t mean it like that. She just doesn\'t know what we\'re going to do if Scott dies. I said that I was going to bury my brother, and that I was going to do my best to have her comitted.
I\'ve known her for 10 years, and she is very slow. She might even be mildly retarded (her daughter is)
I am going to contact legal aid today, and the detective in charge of the investigation. I need to get POA, and I want her commited at the very least. The detective told me that there is nothing that they can arrest her for (he was on the phone with the DA at midnight trying to find something).

Wow that horrible. If someone falls, and doesnt get up, I dont care if they say no, you call for help. If they dont need it in the end, at least you are safe instead of sorry. Thats rediculous! I hope everything works out, and he turns out ok.....
