It started with a friend of mine. She just had a baby 6 weeks ago and the husband isnt doing his part. They got into an argument two nights ago where she started to walk off so he\'d cool down. He didnt like the fact she was \"ignoring\" him and pushed her over a couch while she was HOLDING the baby. So she called me. I cant really do anything LEGAL because he refuses to talk to me.


Then Renee gets a call from her mother telling her that she was at the Dr\'s and has to have a cat scan. Test results came in today and she said they saw a cyst the size of a soccer ball on her ovary. Surgery will be tomorrow and Renee might be the only one not there because the car is a POS right now. And because I closed the bank account back in December...we dont have a debit card to rent a vehicle.

Then I got into it with one of Renees friends and it kind of ended less than pretty.

And my son called this week bitching and moaning about his life (AGAIN!) expecting me to jump and drop and everything and fix it.

IM JUST AGGRAFUCKINGVATED AT EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW.

PS: I had a dream I found a baby on the side of the road and it was healthy and cute. I turned it in, but the cops said I should keep it since there were so many homeless babies. So, I drove to Kansas and gave it to you two. :D It was weird. But hey.. I thought it was a good idea.

And the other day, I was having a conversation with another friend and we were talking about families. I just got really irritated/upset because they were talking about their mom and I dont have good experiences to talk about. So it brings me down.

Renee would love you for that. She was with the baby last night and that of course starts the whole \"I want a baby\" thing from her. And theres nothing I can do about it.

I know you were joking. You are one of the good ones that I\'ll put up with some crap from. :)

As for the rest, short synopsis of my recent life:
South Florida union is jacking me around about promoting me off the \"spares\" list (where I almost never get called, yet all the bosses say I should be getting called a LOT more than I am, b/c I do quality work)

Prospective employer in Vt has bad impression of me, that I did nothing to cause, which means that I probably won\'t get hired there next summer, even tho I know I could do LOTS better than the goon they have now

Girl I was interested in up there (and she is interested in me too) just replied to my asking her to the movies that she has \"very serious boyfriend\" and that she wouldn\'t be comfortable with the situation. That\'s great and all, and I admire that she doesn\'t want to cheat... But at the same time, I\'ve heard this guy isn\'t a nice person, and she hasn\'t discovered yet that she can do a LOT better than him. So I\'m stuck on the sidelines again.

Professor at school has been directly targeting me with professional misconduct, and if my raising this issue to the school\'s attention doesn\'t get results... Then my life at school is going to be a LOT harder.

Oh, and my car has a bunch of phantom gremlins in the injection system, I\'m on borrowed time for the transmission (Could go at any time, or could last forever, no way to know)... And my work is so sparse that I have basically no chance to make enough money to sell this and buy something newer.

And Florida sucks, but thats a constant, not just this week.

On a positive note, a couple Brazilians that were trying to commit insurance fraud at my expense have been denied their claim, so I don\'t have to pay for their BS. :yes:

I had another friend (more friends than I thought) whos in her late 50\'s offer to be my mom. It was nice of her and all...just not the same. Oh and my Dad is on another one of his road trips and they always go to his gf\'s families. So Im kind of aggravated with him right now. Not mad...just upset. And he likes me! :\\

Like I said, this week has just sucked. The car stuff I can deal with, that\'s only normal car crap. But added to all this other nonsense... ya get to the point of just asking \"what am I doing wrong that I need to keep being kicked down?\" and so on. I refuse to turn into Pete, but my luck with women seems to be as bad as his. :\\

Oh and Ill eat the ice cream but I got the test results back from the Dr. I dont have ANY of what they suspected...which is good I guess but I do have slight diabetes. Nothing major. No pills or shots yet.

Mike was helping me clean out the fridge yesterday.. and found a bottle of wine I had left in there. It is old already and wasn\'t going anywhere for a year or more (he doesnt drink it).. so he was pouring it out.. and let me lick the cork. :ashamed:
