It\'s been awhile..but my recollection was that they were being pursued and the vehicle in back was shooting at the jeep(?) they were in. :dunno: Its been awhile. That reminds me.. i need to add that series to my netflicks.

She was shot in her moving vehicle... Bourne dove in the water and swam to the vehicle and SAW HER, TRIED TO REVIVE HER, SHE WAS DEAD
