So.. just curious. But if a car dealership that sold you a car a week ago, called TODAY to get the phone number to the pay off department of the company for the car you traded in... would you be concerned?
when i was in my early 20\'s, i had bought a car from a local new car dealership. after i had the car for a week, the finance manager cam to MY HOUSE and said \"we made an error in calculating your trade in value, so we need to have you resign this new contract, which only increases your monthly payment by $40\"
i should have told him to get the Hell of my property and don\'t come back, but i was young and stupid and of course, SIGNED the new agreement. all i did was SAVE HIS ASS and of course, increase my 36 payments by $40/mo.....can you say DUMB ASS? :banghead:
so, the moral to this story is: if you\'re ever asked to sign \'new\' contract to correct an error on THE PARTYS part......tell them to :fawk: OFF!!
