It got to 50 degrees here today. 50 is a heat wave for us in February. I had to drive to the city to buy a shower door. It was terrible hectic. There were kids out in shorts and t-shirts, young ladies in halter tops, old people in wheel chairs, little kids on skate boards, and motorcycles driving around. The traffic was so bad I didn\'t hang around in the city I just got what I needed and got out of there. I was going to go skinny dipping when I got home but, decided that it would be too much work to cut a hole in the ice that is still on the creek.

i remember those days, it\'d be 50 degrees outside and everyone would act like its summer time. out here 50 degrees is like \"cold\" to everyone, and i am walking around in shorts and no jacket and people think i am nuts, lol

My landlords new wife is from Arizona. When they come up here to visit if it gets below 65 she wears a winter coat and a scarf. :lol:

It was funny seeing people from southern states here on campus when it started getting colder, I was still wearing shorts until the end of october where some people had winter coats on, I loved it!

I would always hate the spring on campus. Because the women wouldn\'t be sure of themselves enough to wear skimpy clothes yet, not enough tan, too many hoilday pounds whatever. So all the guys would be in t-shirts and shorts while all the girls would still be in pants and sweatshirts. LOL

lol they\'re still in skimpy skirts, but they also have big poofy jackets and moon boots on too. lol
