and i am going to school right now to GET MY FREAKIN DEGREE so i dont know what the problem is. 2 years ago in Milwaukee they were going to make me a assistant manager without even interviewing and i wasnt even THINKING about getting degree. now i am busting my ass off, working some free hours even. i dont know what the f$%k they want out of me. they want me to do some freakin backflips while hitting some headshots with the auto-snipe with no scope in a sandstorm from 300 yards away with a blindfold on drinkin some Jack.

damn i need to get into the automotive industry. i would be happier at least. i mean i like my current position, i rrealy do.. but i need the money and i cant stay stuck as a HPS forever!

f$%k them.. Seriously, thats the problem with places like that. You stand a better chance finding a better job elsewhere if you were to switch. Your letting them walk all over you, be a man, tell them that if they don\'t figure it out, you will take the job you were offered at XXXXX company. If they don\'t fix their shit, then f$%k them, find a diffrent job. The only thing good about walgreens is that the one close to my house has one of the hottest women I have ever seen, working there. I shop there at 2 am just to see her :rofl:

the main reason i am staying with them is because i have a shit load of senority.

20 paid vac. days a year
7 sick days a year
3 \"personal days\" a year (same as a vac. days, but only half the employees know about it)

i own 550 stocks with them... purchased @ 27.75 each, now the value is around $47 a piece, but i have to hang on to them until March 30, 2006 until i can excersise them

their profit sharing is the highest in the industry.
they arent gonna go under anytime soon

i just want to make more money! i think i make VERY good money right now for my age, but i want to buy a house soon after i am married and homes out here START at $385k for a 3bdr/2ba with a 2 car garage.

I am telling you man, a lot of places will put you on the endless cycle of f$%king you in the ass. It sounds like your on that cycle already. The whole stock thing is a way to keep your sorry ass (thats how they see it) working for them. Best of luck, just remember, don\'t let them f$%k you for to long, f$%k them back before its to late :lol:
