The plane ride would have been better w/out the delay in LA. That threw us off schedule and made for not happy flight.

Summer time.

I worked every day except for one from June 7, 2010 to July 5, 2010 with many shifts being back to back doubles.

Many of us are digging out of a financial hole and in some cases, had to give up personal Internet access just to eat.

Yeah. It\'s slow but so is the road to personal financial recovery. I for one feel bad about constantly reporting that I\'m a broke Dude even though I now earn 21 times as much as I did in High School.

The more you own, the more you gotta work.
The more you work, the more you earn.
The more you earn, the more SHTUFF you buy.
The more stuff you buy, the more you have to maintain.
The more you gotta maintain, the more you gotta work.

Not working (for pay anyway) after getting the \"compassionate conservative\" treatment from Jerry Fallwell University - 100 hour work weeks, NO possibility of OT pay, and when I departed there... Found out that I also wouldn\'t be getting ONE CENT of unemployment. How nice for them. They pay no taxes, the employees get fucked AND pay takes on it.

Ah well... At least I\'m working on films again, and one of these will eventually lead to a paying film gig. A buddy of mine has gotten 3 more films off of the single job that he managed to get last summer, so that tells me that all I really need is that first one. Once I\'ve got that... The rest will start to fill in.

apparently i am no longer wanted...

unless i agree to have more children which i do not want to have anymore, i am perfectly fine with my one child...my wife doesnt want me...

flat out told me \"if you dont want anymore children, i dont want you\" hows that make me feel? oh and to follow that up with \"im serious, i\'ll divorce you over it\"

sorry....this just seems wrong. oh well...tried going to counseling, same outcome

im done.

I\'m sorry to hear that. It\'s not something I think should make or break any relationship. BUt I do know the urge to have a baby. It took a long time for me to get my husband ok with the idea of having a child, now I want more, but he isn\'t sure yet. I wont leave him if I don\'t have more though. I hope you can make things work for you, that is however is best for you. Be it divorce, more counseling, whatever. It\'s rather selfish of her to state it like that though. It\'s like all she wants from you is your sperm, she could have gone to a sperm bank for that!

Didn\'t you have an idea of how many kids she wanted before this? I ended up breaking up with my g/f of 5 years because there were too many issues, many related to her wanting 3 kids yet she was unwilling to get a job that would even remotely support herself yet alone help pay to raise kids. The way I see it, I will never have kids with a woman who doesn\'t have a very good job, and the drive to support herself.

I have to agree. She couldn\'t have got everything she wanted (pregnant and have a house/cars/etc) on her own.

Sadly, the reality is: You have a Y chromosome, you are the party to get screwed by a divorce in EVERY state, not just Kalifornia.
