HELP!

I\'m a little scared. I go to the hospital tonight and get induced in the morning. I know this is what I\'ve wanted for so long, but things outside of this pregnancy have not been cooperating with our \"happy time.\" The dog has been ill lately, thankfully she seems to have recovered. But Keli\'i\'s dad died Friday and he is leaving in a week for Hawaii for the funeral and I\'m afraid something is going to happen to the dog while he\'s gone and it\'s just me and my parents to deal with the dog he mostly takes care of.

Anyways, just needed to get that off my mind, and like Heather did about her mom, couldn\'t really express all this on FB.

I think when the economy picks up again and people aren\'t having to work 168 hours a week to try and make ends meet... Then this board will wake up again. Everyone is too busy / worried about their own situations right now to play with toy cars.

The Death of the Coal Industry has destroyed the Local Economy, so I really AM Trapped, now. However, the Dodge is Up and Running, just needs wiper blades. No hurry, since if I don\'t work I don\'t need a vehicle. May be getting a haul to Northern PA. soon, otherBoss is looking at a 468-mile Right of Way clearing job all across the top of the state, I will get to haul our stuff up there. May Hire on to run dozer, too, don\'t know any Details yet. Things with Boss Lady, Same Old Same Old, but she IS working at Wally World over the holidays, now, and feeling MUCH better about herself. Still Looking for a Replacement, nobody here worth really even f$%king and leaving. Where have all the REAL Women gone? Otherwise, I sit on my ass, work on MY vehicles when a little $$$ does happen to trickle in and I can HIDE it, and watch Life wipe its\' ass on me In Passing. But it\'s Fine With Me, because I am in Hibernate Mode, and don\'t really give a rusty rat f$%k about anything or anyone any more. I hope how soon SOMETHING happens, because I loathe and despise being in Hibernate Mode, yet I am very Comfortable in Being so as I\'ve wasted most of my life in this mode. But at least now I CAN Get Up and GO if something/SomeONE WERE to Come Up. I\'d like to get a pair of FlowBastards for the Dodge, as I had forgotten just HOW LOUD and Obnoxious Dodge is with the glasspacks and headers. You know it\'s BAD when *I* cringe at the sound! I\'m still Here, in other words, and Coming On Like a Herd Of Turtles, As Always. I feel like a Moray Eel, backed inside a crevice. I am Nothing, Nobody, not to be feared or thought of until some unwary Opportunity crosses in front of me, then I will EXPLODE from my lair filled with Instanteous Predatory Ferocity and Irresistible Hunger, to sink my teeth into Opportunity\'s soft underbelly, and DEVOUR it. I am merely trying to Survive, but if you stick your hand back into my lair, they WILL be calling you Stumpy from then on......

Right-of-Way job in PA. fell through, apparently they thought they could sucker \'Dumb Hillbillies\' in to do the work for HALF PRICE, and were appalled/shocked/mortified when dumb hillbilly told them to Get Fucked, in those exact words. They tried the archaic \'We got a guy who\'ll do it for less\' trick. Like HELL they do! Sure, he may START the job at that price, but I GUARANTEE he won\'t last past his first paycheck, IF he stays THAT long. I\'ve seen THAT Play before, several times. Old Boss has been clearing \'Unclearable\' hill-and-mountainsides for FORTY-FIVE YEARS, the boys for 30 and 35 years respectively, over a Century in Collective Experience, they KNOW their shit. And they get Underbid a lot, and ALWAYS wind up having to Finish the Job, and FIX other peoples\' fuckups. For an EXTRA three-four hundred bucks per acre, Of Course. Just as well, never was a Big Fan of PA, anyway.

I think she hangs on Facebook, mostly, now, I gather that she\'s having a pretty rough year this year, and doesn\'t seem to be her Usual Self. I hate that for her, but I think most people\'s lives are swirling around the commode these days, some way or another. I\'m pretty much unplugging and withdrawing totally from people, myself. Practicing with my pistol a lot, have a Bad Feeling I\'m gonna be NEEDING it. People hereabouts getting a little white around the eyes generally, and I myself am becoming a lot less tolerant of certain things and people. Hopefully it\'s just the Holiday Aggravation, in my case.
